Return Request

You can return one or more unworn items for free without any time limit. They must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in perfect condition.


How to request a return?


1/ Log in using the button at the top right with the email you used to place the order.


2/ Select the order number for which you want to request a return. In the top right corner, click on "Request a return".


3/ Choose the product(s) you wish to return.


4/ Select the reason why you want to return the product.

5/ If you want to exchange for another product, please leave a comment in the box indicating which product you want in exchange (don't forget to specify the size and color).


Finally, click on the "Request a return" button.



Shipping label
An email will be sent to you with the return label after we have accepted your return request.

Upon receipt of the returned product, you will receive a refund or the exchange product will be sent to you.


Exchange or refund?
As soon as we receive the returned item(s), we will send you an email confirming receipt. Then, another email will notify you either of the refund or the shipment of the new product in case of an exchange.


You can try on the items
Items tried on to check the size are not considered worn. Please take good care of the clothes while trying them on to check the size and fit.


Purchases on marketplaces or our partners' websites:
For items ordered via marketplace platforms, the return must be made on the platform used for the order in question. They will then contact us directly.
